It says plainly on predictions page that the NPC will be added "within 30 days of the completion of the tournament" - It'll probably be rolled in with the WIntersday stuff is my guess.

If you submitted the list without changing any of them around you would of got 3 right. 5th Frozen Flame 22nd Rise in Superior Competition 32nd Ward Against Noobzz What is frustrating to see is that a lot were off by only 1 spot, 21st instead of 20th etc. Quote:
